All orders are shipped via courier with tracking.
We always recommend delivering to an address where you will be available during business hours to receive your order. In most cases, couriers will not leave your parcel unattended if the street address is an apartment block.
We recommend Desire Weddings clients allow 6 to 9 weeks plus shipping for orders to arrive. For letterpress or gold foil print finishes, we suggest allowing 12 weeks plus shipping.
However, this is a general guide only as the timeline will depend on artwork revision requests, printing methods and other factors. To ensure you receive your stationery well ahead of your moment in time, we suggest placing your order as early as possible. If you have any concerns regarding turnaround times or delivery, please do not hesitate in reaching out to our team.
After your purchase, we require an Excel spreadsheet of your guests names and addresses formatted as per the below example. Please thoroughly proof read all names and addresses prior to submitting your spreadsheet.
